The water is drinkable thanks to the ozone water system.
The concierge lives in the annex and takes care of check-in and check-out, cleaning and maintenance of the finca and the swimming pool.
He will be invisible to guests but if guests have any questions or requests, he will be available. So guests will still have their privacy!
Access for guests
Guests have access to the entire finca and gardens.
