HOUSE RULES
The Villa is ideal for 8 guests who can accommodate in: two bedrooms with 2 single beds, a double bedroom with a normal bed, a double bedroom with a king size bed. In this last bedroom there is enough space to arrange two more single beds. These homes that accommodate up to 10 people are located on the same floor a few steps from the main entrance. The only two double bedrooms have a sea view and there are two spacious bathrooms. To arrange the other beds up to 14 guests (therefore 4 single beds) you go down to the -2 floor which is the level of the swimming pools. In the room with a sea view, adjacent to the indoor swimming pool, 4 more beds will be placed to reach a total of 14 beds. For these last guests, the bathroom and shower are outside. This sleeping area is however equipped with blackout curtains and air conditioning.
Important Information for Your Stay In compliance with Spanish regulations on safety and protection of personal data, we are obliged to collect the information of all guests for communications to the competent authorities. Before check-in, a form will be sent that must be filled out and sent before arrival. The data will be processed in compliance with the laws in force regarding privacy. Check-in is in person, if this is impossible for various reasons, instructions for self check-in will be provided.
Cleaning and Waste Disposal Guests are asked to leave the house in adequate conditions of cleanliness. Rubbish inside the house (there are special bins on the entrance terrace) or a non-compliant level of cleanliness could result in a supplement for extra cleaning.
